“Plant are seeds of happiness, hope, success, and love; it will all come back to you in abundance. This is the law of nature.”
Communing with nature is good for a child’s psychological and physical well-being. It can help reduce stress, improve concentration and increase time spent being physically active. School nature clubs are one way to encourage children to spend more time outside; and there are numerous opportunities to make that time spent in nature entertaining and educational through field trips, gardening activities, community based activities, nature based art and craft etc.
