Drama is a collaborative form of fine art that sees live performers presenting the experience of a real or imagined event before a live audience in a specific place, often a stage. The performers may communicate this experience to the audience through a combination of gestures, speech, song, music, and dance. Elements of art, such as painted scenery and stagecraft such as lighting are used to enhance the physicality, presence and immediacy of the experience.
The club aims to bring together students who are interested in dramatics. Practicing these things together increases mutual knowledge and helps to improve the various skills including communication skills, listening skills, acting and dramatic skills, comprehensive skill, inter-personal skills and the spirit of team work.
